Spring has sprung

Spring is here! We have been busy the last month cooking sap from our Manitoba Maples, each of our shareholders can expect a small jar in the first basket. The garden has dried up nicely and I have been able to work some parts of it. I’m just waiting for the ground to warm up a little bit more before I can plant spinach, radishes, kale and swiss chard, should be in the next day or so. Also I’m wanting to experiment by forcing potatoes and carrots under a low tunnel greenhouse…
